Deport Jorge Ramos

Wednesday, August 26, 2015

I would like to see an investigation conducted to see if Ramos obtained citizenship properly and if not his citizenship needs to be revoked and he needs to be deported. He entered on a student visa. Did he overstay that visa? If so then his citizenship needs to be revoked. Or did he use inside connections to get at the front of line to get granted citizenship? If so then he should be deported for that. And yes, the law does allow for naturalized citizenship to be revoked if it was obtained improperly.

Wolf pack spotted in Northern California

Thursday, August 20, 2015

The authorities had better do all they can to protect those magnificent creatures. It's a great day that the wolf has returned to its ancestral lands in California and it realizes a prophecy made by coastal Indian tribal elders who predicted that the Ohcumgache would return one day. Wolves are revered in Native American culture.

The Donald Trump phenomenon

Here is my take on the Donald Trump phenomenon. Prior to Donald's. candidacy I think a lot of people had already given up. They were resigned to losing this country to a never ending hoard of Third World immigrants. I am old enough that I probably won't live to see the worst of it. But I fear for my children and my future grandchildren. They are going to grow up to see themselves become minorities in their own country if we don't do something about it now.

But along comes Trump and now we have hope. Maybe there still is time to do something about it if Donald can make it to the White House. Build a foolproof double border wall. Create a no man's land between the two wall's. Get rid of birthright citizenship for children of illegal aliens. Stop them from sending money home. Make life so miserable for those who are already here that they will leave of their own volition. And create a program to provide them with one-way bus tickets.

Then maybe we will have a fighting chance to save our country before it's too late.

And yes, Trump is not a lifelong conservative. But if we lose our country what difference does it make? I would rather save our country and deal with those other issues later.

And this is not about race. Third World immigrants are of all races. And it's not just a problem in this country. The entire First World including Europe and Australia is facing the same problem. But if we can get a leader of the free world who is on top of this issue there is a chance for Western societies.

Now I know there are naysayers who will say it can't be done. And maybe they're right. But I'm willing to give it a shot. We have got to try. The stakes are just too high.

We are still the majority. We can do it. It will probably take a massive voter turnout to win so we have a lot of work ahead of us. And we need to try to make an alliance with the African American community. They need to know that those hoards of Third World immigrants will affect them too.

Donald Trump

Saturday, August 15, 2015

Supporting Trump is an overpowerful feeling. His presidency will be transformational along the lines of Teddy Roosevelt. We need to reserve a spot at Mt. Rushmore for him. He is the one candidate who might finally fix this country and keep the illegal aliens out for good.

Jeb Bush, man of character and loyalty

Friday, August 14, 2015

There has been some discussion on flip flopping and what candidates are doing it. Well, if you want a Republican candidate who has not flipped very much I give you none other than Jeb Bush. He is sticking with several positions that are unpopular with the base and I respect him for that even though I disagree with him on most of those things.

Common Core is an anathema to many in the base yet Jeb has steadfastly stuck with supporting it. He has also refused to back down on his stand on illegal immigration and his support for amnesty although he doesn't call it amnesty. (Most candidates play word games by the way.)

He is standing by his brother's Iraq policy. He has said that knowing what his brother knew at the time it was the right decision. He also supports the enhanced interrogation that some call torture that took place on his brother's watch. He does say that knowing what we know now going in was probably a mistake but then even his brother says that now.

He also defends his father's decision to renege on his no new taxes pledge. He is very loyal to his family.

Overall Jeb has been very consistent. I'm sure you could go back and find some instances where he has changed positions such as when he ran as more of a moderate during the 1998 Florida gubernatorial campaign after he ran as a conservative in 1994 but over all on a scale of one to ten I would put his flip flopping at about two.

I will not be supporting him in the Nevada caucuses. In fact I might change registration and vote for Sanders. But I do believe that Jeb is a man of character and character should count for something.

Fox issues unconditional surrender; Hannity holds the white flag. Kelley thrown under bus.

Tuesday, August 11, 2015

http://talkingpointsmemo.com/edblog/fox-issues-unconditional-surrender

It doesn't get any better than this folks. I'm loving it. Congratulations to Donald Trump. Maybe Megyn Kelly will think twice about taking on Donald again.

We were told it was a fight Trump could never win - a picked battle with the most trust institution in conservative America: Fox News. The numbers made it clear. Trump was done. It was only a matter of time. And yet here we have it: Fox's unconditional surrender. Fox Capo Roger Ailes was forced to choose between star anchor Megyn Kelly and Trump. And he made his choice: Beg Trump for forgiveness, mend fences and welcome Trump back into the fold. We'd seen hints of this in Trump's claim that Ailes had called him to promise he'd get fair treatment from Fox going forward. A claim Ailes later confirmed. But now Gabriel Sherman, chronicler of all things Fox has the inside details. And like everything else that could possibly be spawned by the unholy union of Roger Ailes and Donald Trump, it's ugly. According to Sherman, Ailes didn't just call Trump to get the relationship back on track. He apparently called Trump "multiple" times "begging" Trump to declare the Trump v Fox war over, which he eventually did. He offered him a full hour on Kelly's show. Trump refused. Any other show. Trump said he'd think about it. Anything for a cessation of hostilities. But as Sherman points out, "that process has meant that Fox has had to mute its defense of Kelly, who is now watching uneasily as the Fox audience turns on her: According to one high-level source, Kelly has told Fox producers that she’s been getting death threats from Trump supporters."
