A great day for Egypt

The people of Egypt are celebrating a great victory. Their tyrannical dictator of the past thirty years is finally gone. It is a great victory for the nonviolent protests of the people of Egypt. Freedom is a great thing. Lets hope that this movement spreads to the other dictatorships of the Middle East. God bless the great people of Egypt. They have a 7,000 year old civilization. The Middle East and the Arab world will never be the same after this great and monumental events of this historic day.

It was the vision of President George W. Bush that democracy would come to the people of the Middle East. His policies and vision have been vindicated. As historians look back upon the Bush presidency, today's great event which happened two years after Bush left office will be an important factor. The Egyptian people and the people alone deserve credit for this great event, but nevertheless the vision of President Bush does come to mind.
