Why should I have to pay for someone else's kid's school lunch?

Monday, August 4, 2025

My family was not rich by any means, yet my parents always paid for my school lunch or gave me a sack lunch to take to school. And that is the way it should be. If parents cannot afford to feed their own kids then they should not have kids, period. It is not my responsibility to to care for their kids. And if the parents would stop buying alcohol and drugs and paying for tattoos and nose rings and HBO and dying their hair red  then maybe they could afford to pay for a school lunch. Free school lunches is the worst kind of socialism. President Trump needs to put a stop to this madness.
