Deport Jorge Ramos

Wednesday, August 26, 2015

I would like to see an investigation conducted to see if Ramos obtained citizenship properly and if not his citizenship needs to be revoked and he needs to be deported. He entered on a student visa. Did he overstay that visa? If so then his citizenship needs to be revoked. Or did he use inside connections to get at the front of line to get granted citizenship? If so then he should be deported for that. And yes, the law does allow for naturalized citizenship to be revoked if it was obtained improperly.

He most likely received amnesty under the 1986 immigration legislation or, having been hired by the Spanish language station, they were able to get him a work visa and then a green card.
