 Blacks have over a 70% incidence of children out of wedlock. Yet Asians only have 11%. So don't blame discrimination. Asians have been discriminated against as much as blacks have. Yet they still have strong family units unlike blacks. A lot of black women have babies by 4 or 5 different men.
