George W. Bush Facebook Page

President Bush now has a Facebook page. I already joined the page and it has 142,935 followers already and the page has been online for only a few days.

Welcome to Facebook Mr. President.

I found this very interesting.
Since leaving office, President Bush has remained active. He has visited 20 states and 8 countries; given over 65 speeches; launched the George W. Bush Presidential Center; participated in 4 policy conferences through The Bush Institute; finished the first draft of his memoir, “Decision Points”; and partnered with President Clinton to establish the Clinton Bush Haiti Fund.
It looks like the president is having a useful and active retirement. I wish him and Laura well. By the way, Laura's book is #1 on the New York Times best selling list.
