Ben Carson for president 2016

Dr. Ben Carson

I think it's time for all conservatives to unite behind one candidate for the 2016 nomination. And no it's not too early. If we don't watch it we'll have a repeat of 2008 and 2012 when we nominated a so-called moderate because we were told a conservative couldn't win, and then that moderate lost anyway. And what we really don't need is another Bush-Clinton election. If we get that then Hillary may as well start measuring the White House drapes.

Dr. Ben Carson is articulate, good looking and charismatic. And he is a bona fide conservative who isn't afraid to say so. And as an outsider he doesn't carry the stench of Washington with him. Nominate him and I'll guarantee you that the party will get the biggest African American vote since Eisenhower. It's time to get behind him. Let's not split conservative support among several candidates and allow either Bush or Christie to waltz right into the convention with the nomination in hand.
